Hahaha! I love that piece! They have a picture of that hanging in the health center at the Job Corps campus I attended. Spectacular work! I didn't realize the ceiling was only painted at first.
What a great idea... I wonder if it will make the smokers think about quitting! Not to mention the incredible artwork!

You know a mural pretty similar but not with smoking would be a cool idea for a room like a bathroom. You could maybe look like the ceiling was open with palm trees showing though.
